Being the team leader of his group, Sam showed alot of initiative and positive attitude throughout the duration of the project.
Although the team had a rather slow start, they were able to pick things up and proceeded at a steady pace soon after. This was largely due to the fact that Sam started to an eye out on the timeline after a few meetings early on.
However, he had problems managing some of his team mates and sometimes have a short attention span.
Overall, he was responsible for ensuring that sufficient data was collected and the apporiate analysis done by each assigned member.
I think the FYP gave him the opportunity to explore his leadership abilities and to bring them to a higher level.
